Promise Pediatrics at 375 Boynton Drive, Ringgold, Georgia.

Absolutely the worst doctors office I’ve ever taken my kids to!(We were new to GA and needed the kids 2 and 6 year check ups.)1) The front office ladies did not communicate well and had no personality. I had to ask if I had a copay and when to schedule next appts. They pretty much just handed me forms and that was it. 2) The main doctor rushed through the checkups. I didn’t feel like he took the time to ask questions or get to know his new patients and parent. I also had concerns about my youngest maybe having acid reflux and he totally dismissed my concern. I felt as everything I was saying went in one ear and out the other. I honestly felt like I was inconveniencing this whole office! 3) I had to ask for my kids to get a flu shot.. And again it was like I was inconveniencing them! I work in a dentist office and understand things get crazy and patients can be difficult but we never let the patient feel they are a bother! Just food for thought and hopefully some positive changes can be made! Or heck maybe I came in on a bad day... but that one bad day can ruin a patients perspective!
